Who We Are

We are an apartment community located in Leesburg, Florida.  We offer one and two bedroom units and 12 months leases ONLY.  We strive to provide excellent experiences to our residents. We are excited to welcome you to the Blueberry Hill II community! We're managed by Biloxi Apartment Rentals LLC.

Move-in Requirements

 

  • Criminal Background check:  Blueberry Hill II Apartments do not rent to any applicant with Felonies of illegal manufacture or distribution of a controlled substance within the last 7 years, felonies resulting in bodily harm or intentional damage or destruction of property, within the last 7 Years and Sexual related offenses for any time period. 
  • Employment/income verification:  Each applicant must earn a minimum of 3 times the rent in verifiable gross monthly income. 
  • Your income must be verifiable through pay stubs, tax records and or bank statements.
  • If you are self-employed, your income must be verifiable through financial statements, most recent tax returns and/or bank statements.
  • Rental history verification: rental history reports from landlords MUST reflect timely payment, sufficient notice of intent to vacate, no complaints regarding noise, disturbances or illegal activities, no unpaid NSF checks, and no damage to unit or failure to leave the property clean and without damage at time of lease termination. Applicants are responsible for providing Blueberry Hill II Apartments with previous landlord's information, including the name, address, email address and phone numbers. Rental history MUST be verified from unbiased sources. (Not family members or relatives)
